We all seem to get bored after a long study session 📚or..maybe without any reason too. So here are some tips to kill that boredom of yours.
Paint/sketch:
I fell in love with painting and sketching in my class 3. Since then, whenever I'm low on mood I simply sketch or play with colors. It helps to brighten up my mood.
Dance:
moving your body is really very important so why not make it fun? Put on your favourite songs and slay your body!!!!!!
Diy projects:
who is into origami? Well me😌 a bit though but I like it
Even you can make a cute scrunchie too.
Read a fictional book:
this one is one of my favourite. I read soooooo many fictional books that my standard are reaching sky high!!!

Skin care:
when you are stressed why not give yourself a little spa treatment? Grab a sheet mask put it on your face and just relax!! It's soothing 😌😌

even a simple pasta or coffee can work just do something which you like.
Sleep😴:
best one when you don't want to deal with people. Just you and your bed💤💤
